Found a bug in Waxlight? Report it on the official Discord server. This lets the developers ask follow-up questions and tell you when the problem is fixed.

What to include

• your Waxlight version and operating system;
• a short description of the problem;
• the steps that trigger it;
• what you expected and what actually happened;
• launcher logs.

If possible, reproduce the problem before collecting the logs so the relevant messages appear near the end.

How to send logs

Open Waxlight’s built-in terminal and use whichever method is more convenient:

1. Click the copy logs button, then paste the text into a Discord message or text file.
2. Click the button that opens the logs folder, then attach the relevant log file to your message.

Waxlight automatically removes sensitive data from logs, including tokens, session keys, credentials, and private paths. Logs prepared by the launcher are safe to attach to a bug report.

Security vulnerabilities

Do not post vulnerability details in regular Discord channels. Report them privately according to the security policy.
